Manager – Business Excellence & Solutions

Hongkong Salvage & Towage Services Ltd is looking for a Manager – Business Excellence & Solutions to create policies and systems to ensure that the business or organization meets its goals, continues to grow, transform, and improve. These strategies and techniques aim to drive greater efficiencies and productivity at scale.


Reporting to the General Manager, main duties of Manager – Business Excellence & Solutions are to:

  • Develop and implement process excellence initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
  • Identify and document process/product gaps and inefficiencies and recommend and implement solutions.
  • Lead process improvement projects and initiatives, including mapping current state processes, mapping future state processes, and implementing process changes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as IT, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Finance etc. to digitalize our process.
  • Develop and monitor OPS, Procurement, Maintenance related KPIs for better control and improvement in our internal process.
  • Responsible for the budget and monitor the cost performance regularly and share with the Dept head to make sure it is within budget.
  • Conduct regular audit on different functions and process.
  • Assist in business project development and ESG initiatives execution.



Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
  • Minium 8 years solid experience in transportation solutions, key account management experience or project management, including 2 years of management experience.
  • With customer or system project implementation experiences is a plus.
  • Self-motived team player with strong analytical skills, structured thinking ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders/working partners of different countries/regions, backgrounds, cultures and roles.
  • Detail-minded, results driven and high degree of accountability.
  • Strong business acumen, agile in change management and able to perform under pressure.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
